Abandoned Land - For Sale By Tender

Pursuant to Section 79 of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002, the Central Otago District Council invites tenders for the purchase of the following land situated at Blackman Road, Earnscleugh, declared abandoned pursuant to Sections 77 and 78 of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002 by Order of the District Court at Alexandra and described in the Schedule hereto.
