Plan Change 18

Public consultation on Plan Change 18 - Cromwell Industrial Zone Extension opened 28 October 2021 and closed 9 December 2022. PC 18 will give effect to the Cromwell Spatial Plan approved by the Central Otago District Council 5 June 2019.

Plan Change 19

Public consultation on proposed Plan Change 19 - Residential, was open from 9 July to 2 September 2022. The hearing of submissions is due to commence Wednesday 26 April 2023.

The hearings are open to the public and start at 9.30am. These are not available via Livelink.
