PROPOSAL TO STOP AND SELL UNFORMED LEGAL ROAD, OFF EARNSCLEUGH ROAD, EARNSCLEUGH

Pursuant to Section 342 and the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974, the Central Otago District Council proposes to stop and sell 0.6071 hectares of the unformed legal road as described in the First Schedule.
The road to be stopped is located off Earnscleugh Road, Earnscleugh. It is not required for roading purposes and is to be amalgamated with adjoining properties. The continuity of services in the road will be protected and preserved by the registration of easements on the resulting titles.

A copy of SO Plan 573892 as lodged with the Office of the Surveyor General, Land Information New Zealand is available for viewing at the Central Otago District Council, 1 Dunorling Street, Alexandra or online at codc.govt.nz/your-council/consultations.
Objections to the proposal, giving grounds for the objection, must be made by any person claiming to be affected. Objections should be addressed to Statutory Property Officer, Central Otago District Council, PO Box 122, Alexandra 9320 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Such objections must be received by Council no later than 4pm, 27 December 2022
