​Later opening hours for service centres trialled

We will be trialling a later opening time for all four service centres, that is Alexandra, Cromwell, Ranfurly and Roxburgh, to allow our customer services team the opportunity to improve our Customer Experience goals that were identified from your feedback in the recent Service Request survey.

Currently, our opening hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. There will be two trial days with a 9.30am start, with a view to making a permanent change in 2024:

• Wednesday 22 November – all four service centres will be open from 9.30am to 5pm

• Tuesday 12 December – all four service centres will open from 9.30am to 5pm.

This will allow the team time to implement improvements, undergo full team training, and be briefed on all of Council’s happenings, so that we can answer more of your queries at your first port of call, while providing greater efficiency for our community.
