Xerra is a Regional Research Institute in the fields of Earth observation (EO), geospatial and remote sensing technologies based in Alexandra

Mike Casey, Founder GradConnection, Fishburners and Forest Lodge Orchard

Mike Founded GradConnection in Sydney, which 4/5 university students used to find their first professional job. Following exiting to Seek in 2019, he moved back to New Zealand to start Forest Lodge Orchard, which is a high density cherry orchard with the ambitious goal of operating using 100% renewable energy.
He is passionate about entrepreneurship and founded Fishburners, which is a largest co-working space in Australia that now is home to more than 350 tech startups. Mike has been an angel and seed investor in several tech startups in Australia and New Zealand.
