Central Otago residents - have your say on Council services
Council has launched its 2021 Residents' Survey and is asking residents to jump online to share their views on Council services and amenities.
Central Otago District Council Chief Executive Sanchia Jacobs said Council had been thrilled with the amazing levels of community engagement on the Long-term Plan and hoped the community could once again spare five minutes to take this survey.
“While the LTP was focused on our 10-year plans, key projects and locking in the budgets to make that work happen, the residents’ survey is more about Council’s business as usual activities – those things we know impact the day-to-day lives of our people.
“Council wants to deliver on our community's expectations. To do this we need to know what our community thinks about the services Council provides, what they are satisfied with and what needs improvement. This online survey is a perfect tool for feeding your thoughts back to Council.”
Those who don't have internet access you can still fill out the survey. Surveys can be picked up at Council service centres or phone Council to have one posted out.
