We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Advisor. You will be responsible for the day-today management of human resource administrative requirements and offering sound advice and guidance in all employment related matters.Key responsibilities include successful recruitment and onboarding of new staff, providing HR reporting and developing and updating HR policies. You will provide effective HR support for the business by assisting across all aspects of the HR platform.Ultimately you will be a team player that thrives in all things relating to human resources and want to make a positive difference in an organisation that is committed to continuing to strengthen its culture. This is a permanent full-time position based on a 40-hour week. The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- Experienced HR generalist
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Understanding of key employment law
- Policy development skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building capabilities and the ability to engage well with all key stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
