The Bannockburn Road Industrial Development is a Council
project to create new industrial land on Cromwell Endowment Land. The
development will help meet growing demand for industrial space, support local
business growth and create employment opportunities.
Project Overview
The site comprises approximately 49 hectares of land planned for future industrial development. The first stage will focus on creating approximately 10 hectares of serviced industrial land, with additional stages able to proceed as demand grows.
Market testing confirmed strong interest from businesses seeking larger industrial sites, helping shape the development approach. The project will provide space for new and expanding businesses while generating returns from the Cromwell Endowment Land for the long-term benefit of the Cromwell community.
