Plan Change 18: Plan Change 18 amends Maps 15 and 44 to include approximately 50.9ha of land described as
Lots 3-4 DP 526140 and Section 2 SO 526035, as contained in OT 894762 as an extension to the
Cromwell Industrial Resource Area. The Plan Change also proposes amending Map 44 to include
a further area of approximately 11ha described as Lot 1 DP 390710 and Lot 2 DP 390710 and part
Lot 3 DP 505292.
Plan Change 18 will give effect to the Cromwell Spatial Plan approved by the Central Otago District
Council 5 June 2019.
The land is located between Bannockburn Road and Cemetery Road, north of the Schaffer Beetle
Reserve, and fronting onto State Highway 6 between the intersections of Cemetery Road and
McNulty Road.
