Plan Change 21: Plan Change request by Fulton Hogan Limited to re-zone a 118ha of land at Parkburn Quarry. The purpose of this Plan Change is to enable a more efficient and appropriate use of the site, post quarrying activities, by providing for a range of urban zonings (residential, industrial and business). The subject site adjoins the existing Pisa Moorings urban area.
